The New Year! New FAB! Edition
Hey #FABSQUAD! I don’t know about you, but I kicked off the new year with a bang. The team and I expanded our service model to include live events (whoo hoo). We did this for two really good reasons. First to make achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle fun. Second to connect with you on a deeper level and IN PERSON. The FAB Gathering is our quarterly event series in Memphis, Tennessee.

It’s a safe and supportive space to provide women with tools to elevate their food, actions, and beliefs so they can be fit, fabulous, and fulfilled. In January we launched with our New Year! New FAB! event and 30 women joined us for informative girl talk over a yummy 3 course dinner.
Food is a common thread that brings us all together. It’s true that good food with good people equals a FAB time!

Some of your favorite small businesses partnered with us to create a VERY memorable evening. Araba’s Sweet Spot, Anderson Contractors, Before and After Mobile Detailing, Bubble Bistro, Ismile Family Dentistry, and Phillip Ashley Chocolates helped to make it an experience to remember.
The best part was that the guest list was comprised of some of the biggest and brightest minds across the city of #MEMPHIS in entrepreneurship, healthcare, education, business services, leadership, and legal services. So yes, we totally we tapped into the power of building relationships.
We created a festive vibe.
