Dr. Jamie J. Hardy PharmD, BCPS, MS (Dr. Jamie) –is an experienced and well respected board-certified pharmacist, who is also known as The Lifestyle Pharmacist®.

Dr. Jamie is a highly sought-after speaker, best-selling author, and health correspondent that shares her story of perseverance and resilience in the face of turmoil. Her relatability has women all over the globe engaging with her through the lifestyle centric content that she shares. She is the Founder and Chief Lifestyle Curator of Innovative Wellness LLC, a lifestyle company that provides coaching, lifestyle experiences, and live events to teach women how to detox, find balance, eat healthier, and effectively manage stress. Her community of followers is affectionately known as The #FABSQUAD.

Leveraging over 15 years of clinical pharmacy experience, Dr. Jamie provides the #FABSQUAD with actionable strategies to LIVE LIFE without prescribed pills. Dr. Jamie’s high energy approach to the camera AND the stage is the perfect blend of laughter, sass, and reliable health information.

Dr. Jamie obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy and her Master of Science in Pharmacy Leadership from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Residency at LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans and is a graduate of the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy. Furthering her passion and knowledge of clinical nutrition, she received a nutrition and healthy lifestyle certification from Cornell University.

Dr. Jamie has received numerous honors and awards. She has been recognized as a top pharmacist in Memphis, selected as a top urban professional under 40 in Memphis, and a top alumnus under 40 by Xavier University of Louisiana. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Dr. Jamie is a practicing clinical pharmacist in Memphis, Tennessee.
