A Message from Dr. Jamie

This coronavirus pandemic is VERY real ya’ll. With all the information flooding your TV, email inbox, and social media timelines it is understandable to feel confused, overwhelmed, and anxious about what is happening. I 100% get it.  I am here to offer help and support.

Our #FABSQUAD community spans states all over the country.   Wherever you are I pray that you, your family, and loved ones are safe. As for me, I am staying home with my hubby except for going to the hospital to work my essential shifts in #pharmacyland.  All of my upcoming speaking and travel engagements have been canceled so that we can hunker down inside for as long as necessary. I am determined to do all that I can to help flatten the curve.

I developed this support guide to:

  1. Share resources to help you and your family get through this crisis.
  2. Offer emotional support to help you to remain strong as you navigate the new normal of physically distancing from the world.
  3. Provide you with practical tips to remain healthy while you #stayhome.

The stronger that we remain in our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, the healthier we will stay. The unfamiliar concept of physically distancing ourselves from others right now doesn’t have to feel isolating, stressful, or unbearable. In fact, it can have the opposite effect.  We can use this time to shut out the noise and all of the unnecessary activities in our lives to connect on a deeper level with friends, family, and even ourselves. The more we stay home and stay put, the faster we get through this  pandemic and come out stronger on the other side - TOGETHER.

I want you to know that I see you. I am here for you. It is my hope that this guide gives you ideas and resources to stay healthy and whole as you navigate the uncertain days ahead.  We will get through this and oh what a celebration we will have after it is all over.

With All My Love,
Dr. Jamie
